On previous occasion someone measured the wind as 30knots gusting to 35knots ashore; this was a bit windier so I guess F7/8. I sailed F2 Style 250 with a Rock 4.7 downhauled to max and outhaued flat to depower. Most others were on 4.5m and below, and spent some time ashore waiting for wind to drop. I ws overpowered a lot of the time until I depowered. After a airy start most gybes came off. In he middle of the river it was often too bouncy to get around comfortbaly. Really good blast for 3 hours with rests. Wind dropped to 6m weather so I packed up as river starte going out.
